Vote
Voting power is your XRD put in action, wherever in the network you have deployed it.One XRD is one vote. Validator LSUs and LSULP count for the XRD underneath them, and eligible liquidity positions on Ociswap, CaviarNine and DefiPlaza count for the XRD, LSU or LSULP held inside the position — never the other side of the pair. It is measured against a published allowlist, at a snapshot taken when each vote opens.
What counts as voting power
Stand
Council seats and Working Group Steward roles are elected.Terms are time-bound and renewable by vote. Any token holder may stand.

Challenge
A published result can be challenged for breaking a rule. There is no veto. For 48 hours after a result is published, any holder of at least 0.1% of voting power can file a compliance challenge: the claim that the decision breaks a specific rule, not that it is unwise. The Accountability Council decides whether a rule was broken — if none was, the decision stands. Filings are published to the record exactly as received.
