Phase 1 · Pre-formation

Ratification vote pending. Community decisions are advisory until activation.

The sequence

Nothing in the framework is operative yet. The first vote, constitutional ratification, has not been called. Until the Company forms, community governance is not yet in effect — see the activation sequence for what happens next.

RADIXDAO
AnswersWhat is this?

The community now governs Radix.

A non-profit DAO, soon registered in the Marshall Islands, owned and directed by the people who hold XRD. Anyone can propose and vote.

Three ways to take part

Propose
Anyone holding XRD can put a proposal to the DAO.No minimum holding and no approval step. It moves through discussion, a temperature check, then a binding vote.
How proposals work
Vote
Your voting power is your XRD, wherever in the network you have deployed it.Liquid XRD, validator LSUs, LSULP and eligible DEX liquidity positions all count, for the XRD underneath them. It is measured at a snapshot taken when each vote opens. Votes are cast at vote.radixdao.org.
How voting works
Stand
Council seats and Working Group Steward roles are elected.Terms are time-bound and renewable by vote. Elections run on the same platform as every other vote.
