What Radix DAO is
Radix DAO LLC is a non-profit Decentralized Autonomous Organization registered under Marshall Islands law. It exists to hold and direct the resources the community contributes to Radix's public goods, under rules the community itself sets and can change by vote.
At formation it is member-managed and community governance isadvisory. It becomes fully community-governed at the Activation Date, once the framework is ratified and a permanent Council is elected.
The central idea
Execution bodies execute. They do not govern.
Token holders decide what happens. Elected roles carry it out, on a leash they can be voted off of.
How authority flows
