AnswersWhat are the actual rules?
The actual rules
This site never reproduces a rule. Every line below is a plain-language pointer to the operative document in the DAO's governance repository, the single source of truth.
Nothing here is in force yet. Every document is a draft awaiting the ratification vote, marked pending below. Once a document is activated it is published as a PDF whose SHA-256 digest is recorded on-chain, and that digest is shown here so anyone can check their copy is the one that was voted on.

If you only want to read a few
- 01Proposal & Voting FrameworkHow decisions are made.
- 02DAO Parameters RegistryAll the actual numbers.
- 03Roles RegistryWho's who and which document governs them.
Every document
The constitution
- CharterSets the DAO's principles and structure of authority — what the DAO stands for and who holds power.Pending
The numbers
- DAO Parameters RegistryThe single place that holds every adjustable number — voting thresholds, quorums, time limits, budget caps — so they can be updated by vote without touching the core documents.Pending
How decisions get made and carried out
- Proposal & Voting FrameworkHow a proposal is created, discussed, voted on, and approved — the DAO's core decision-making pipeline.Pending
- Execution & Treasury Actions PolicyHow an approved decision is actually carried out, and who is authorised to execute it.Pending
- Treasury Signers Operational RulesThe rules for the people who move treasury funds — execution agents with strictly limited authority, not decision-makers.Pending
- On-Chain Identifiers & Verification PolicyThe public register of the DAO's governance and treasury on-chain addresses — what each one is, how it's used, and a link to verify it on the Radix explorer.Pending
The people and roles
- RAC MandateDefines the Accountability Council — the guardian that makes sure governance processes are followed correctly, without itself becoming a ruler.Pending
- Delegate MandateDefines the Delegates who perform the DAO's operational jobs (treasury signing, compliance, legal signing, etc.) — again, agents who execute, never govern.Pending
- Elections & Role Governance PolicyHow every key role is elected, evaluated, and replaced, keeping all authority time-bound and accountable to voters.Pending
- Working Group FrameworkHow the DAO's execution teams (Working Groups) are created, funded, bounded, and held to their mandates.Pending
- Roles RegistryA navigation aid (not a rulebook) that maps every role to the documents that define and govern it.Pending
Conduct, integrity, and fairness
- Code of ConductThe minimum standards of behaviour expected of everyone who participates in the DAO.Pending
- Conflict of Interest PolicyWhen people in positions of authority must disclose personal interests and step back from a decision.Pending
- Dispute Resolution & Arbitration PolicyHow disagreements are resolved fairly — settled at the lowest level where possible, escalating to a vote, and ultimately to legal arbitration.Pending
Staying alive in a crisis
- Emergency & Safeguards PolicyWhat counts as an emergency, who may act, and the limits that keep emergency powers exceptional, minimal, temporary, and accountable.Pending
- Governance Continuity FrameworkHow the DAO keeps governing — or recovers — if a body fails, execution is blocked, or normal processes stop working.Pending
Contributors and their work
- Contributor Compensation PolicyHow people who do paid work for the DAO are compensated, and how that pay is set, approved, and disclosed.Pending
- Contributor Onboarding and OffboardingHow contributors join and leave cleanly, protecting continuity of work and access control.Pending
Protecting the DAO's code and IP
- Source Code Stewardship PolicyHow the DAO preserves, maintains, and keeps community control over the software it holds.Pending
- Open Source & IP PolicyEnsures everything the DAO funds or produces stays an open, reusable public good and can't be privatised.Pending
How the rulebook maintains itself
- Governance Maintenance & Upgrade FrameworkThe rules for changing the rules — how governance documents are maintained, amended, and versioned over time.Pending
- Compliance Operations PolicyThe day-to-day procedures for meeting the Company's legal obligations (identity checks, credential security, handling regulatory demands).Pending
