Transition RAC's decisions to enable and support the Ratification process

The document in attachment/linked is the minute of the meeting the Transition RAC had on August 25th in its integral form. Therein are described the discussions and decisions taken by the Transition RAC that pertain to the Ratification process and all that is needed, from the Transition RAC’s part, to enable and enact it. It sustains and describes what the decisions were and how and where they produce their effects.
