The document in attachment/linked gathers all the technical information regrading the digital signature certificate that the Transition RAC created and is using for the Transition period. It enables anyone to identify and verify its use in any signature or signed document where it is used and attest it is the certificate the Transition RAC declares as the one in use for the purpose of non-repudiation, tampering proof and digital signage of documents.
